Maja: Nordic Playing Cards

For one my foundational courses, I was asked to design a set of playing cards. I decided to go with a horror-like approach, taking inspiration from Nordic Runes.

Using animal skulls and thorns as reference, I designed a King, Queen, Joker, Ace, and 6 of Spades, as well as the back of the card and packaging.
